complex world of physical and golf fitness. We prefer to utilize exercises that
emphasize low-tech/high-effect methods. You do not need fancy equipment or a
luxury gym to achieve a high level of golf fitness.
If you look at fitness as a

Our objective is to create a shift in the way you view fitness and
working out! We will show you exercises and routines that will improve
your golf, your strength and mobility and most of all the way you feel.

Golf Fitness Made Easy
The following videos are a great introduction to Golf Fitness. I have filmed each exercise individually to illustrate proper form. Follow along and learn the exercise and see the benefit to your golf swing and then watch the video putting the exercises together and blast out a brief but intense way to build your golf strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance.
Bodyweight Squat Added 1/24/10
The bodyweight squat is the quintessential exercise in any golf fitness routine. It engages the hips and quads along with developing balance and a strong core. Follow along with the video, add this exercise into your routine and watch the improvement in power to your golf swing.
New Exercise
Mountain Climbers
Added 1/20/10
In the video I've added an exercise called mountain climbers. This is a compound exercise that will strengthen the legs, back, shoulders, triceps and core. Sprinters will help develop better hip mobility along with a hamstring stretch. The result being explosive power in the golf swing.
Add this to the end of "exercises you already know" video and you will be moving forward with your conditioning.
Upward to Downward Facing Dog
Added 2/1/10
An all body compound exercise that targets many of the muscles needed in the golf swing. This exercise combines upper body strength with a hamstring and calf stretch along with added mobility for the hips and low back. An essential exercise to play better golf.
HIIT Training
High Intensity Interval Training
We've grouped the previous exercises together, The idea is to link one exercise to the other moving at a brisk pace without resting. Once the group has been completed rest periods are brief and another set is performed after 30 to 180 seconds of rest. This can be performed with any group of exercises, work on this and you will never be tired during your round of golf and in particular your last few golf holes.
